T-Plan 50% Switch Offer – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the T-Plan 50% Switch Offer (the “Offer”). By applying for or participating in the Offer, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Promotional Period

The Offer is available until 31 October 2026.

To qualify for the Offer, T-Plan must receive a valid purchase order for the agreed T-Plan solution no later than 31 October 2026.

Installation, onboarding and migration to T-Plan do not need to be completed by this date and may take place after the promotional period.

2. Eligibility

The Offer is available to new T-Plan customers switching from a qualifying third-party commercial test automation or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution.

To qualify:

  • The customer must currently hold a paid licence, subscription or contract for the competing solution.
  • The existing agreement must be active at the time the customer applies for the Offer.
  • The existing solution, licence scope, contract term and associated costs must be capable of reasonable verification by T-Plan.
  • The customer must meet the other requirements set out in these terms and conditions.

All applications and eligibility are subject to confirmation by T-Plan.

3. Evidence of Existing Contract and Licence Costs

Customers will be required to provide reasonable evidence of their existing automation solution, licence arrangement, contract term and associated costs.

Acceptable evidence may include:

  • A supplier invoice.
  • A current contract or licence agreement.
  • A renewal notice or quotation.
  • Other documentation accepted by T-Plan.

The documentation does not need to have been issued recently where the customer is operating under an active multi-year agreement. T-Plan may request evidence of the contract start date, renewal date or end date to confirm that the agreement remains active and establish the applicable contract period.

4. Redacting Confidential Information

Customers may redact information from documentation that is not relevant to assessing the Offer, including payment details and other commercially sensitive information.

However, sufficient information must remain visible for T-Plan to reasonably verify:

  • The existing supplier.
  • The relevant product or automation solution.
  • The qualifying licences.
  • The associated licence costs.
  • The applicable contract term.
  • That the agreement is currently active.

Information supplied to T-Plan in connection with the Offer will be handled confidentially and used for the purposes of assessing eligibility, preparing the T-Plan proposal and administering the Offer, subject to T-Plan’s applicable privacy policies.

5. The 50% Saving

Subject to eligibility and verification, T-Plan will offer the qualifying customer an equivalent T-Plan licensing arrangement at 50% of the qualifying licence cost of their existing competing automation solution.

The Offer will be based on the qualifying licences and applicable contract term evidenced in the customer’s existing competitor agreement.

Where the competitor’s licensing model does not directly correspond with T-Plan’s licensing model, T-Plan will determine the appropriate equivalent T-Plan licence configuration required to provide a comparable solution.

The qualifying licence configuration, contract term and promotional pricing will be confirmed by T-Plan in writing as part of the quotation and/or order documentation before purchase.

6. Licence Scope and Contract Term

The Offer is intended to match the qualifying licence scope and contract period of the customer’s existing competing automation agreement.

T-Plan will review the licences, products and contract duration contained within the customer’s existing agreement and determine the appropriate equivalent T-Plan licensing arrangement.

The 50% promotional pricing will apply only to the qualifying T-Plan licences and contract term agreed as part of the Offer.

Any additional licences, products, capacity or contract period beyond the scope evidenced in the customer’s existing competing agreement are not automatically eligible for the 50% promotional pricing.

T-Plan may choose to extend promotional pricing to additional licences, products or contract periods at its discretion. Any such arrangement must be confirmed by T-Plan in writing.

7. Costs Included in the Offer

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the Offer applies to qualifying software licence or subscription costs.

Costs associated with consultancy, implementation, professional services, training, hardware, infrastructure, third-party products, taxes or other services are not included when calculating the qualifying competitor cost.

Where an existing supplier agreement combines qualifying licence costs with other products or services, T-Plan may request additional information to establish the portion of the agreement applicable to the Offer.

8. T-Plan AI and Test Migration

Where appropriate, T-Plan AI may assist with converting existing automated tests from supported platforms to T-Plan, helping to reduce the time and effort required to migrate existing automation.

T-Plan’s AI migration capability is designed with the security of customer data and intellectual property in mind. Customer test assets and proprietary information are processed within a controlled environment and are not used to train public AI models.

Migration capability depends on factors including the customer’s existing automation platform, test scripts, test environment, configuration and other technical requirements.

T-Plan does not guarantee that every existing test, script or automation asset can be automatically converted. Migration requirements and compatibility will be assessed as part of the switching process.

9. Purchase Order Deadline

To secure the Offer, T-Plan must receive a valid purchase order for the agreed T-Plan solution by 31 October 2026.

Customers do not need to have completed installation, onboarding or migration by this date.

Customers should allow sufficient time before the deadline for T-Plan to review their existing solution and documentation, verify eligibility, determine the appropriate T-Plan licence configuration and issue the required quotation.

Receipt of an enquiry or submission of an eligibility form before 31 October 2026 does not, by itself, secure the Offer.

10. New Customers

The Offer is intended for new T-Plan customers switching from another qualifying commercial automation platform.

Eligibility of former T-Plan customers, existing T-Plan customers purchasing additional products, organisations already participating in another T-Plan promotion or other exceptional circumstances will be determined by T-Plan at its discretion.

11. Other Discounts and Promotions

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with another T-Plan discount, promotional offer or special pricing arrangement unless expressly agreed by T-Plan in writing.

12. Verification and Eligibility

T-Plan reserves the right to verify information supplied in connection with the Offer and may request additional reasonable documentation where necessary.

T-Plan may decline an application where:

  • The existing solution, licence arrangement or costs cannot reasonably be verified.
  • The existing contract, subscription or licence is no longer active.
  • The documentation supplied is incomplete, inaccurate or misleading.
  • The proposed purchase does not meet the eligibility requirements of the Offer.
  • The licence quantities or contract terms claimed cannot be substantiated.
  • T-Plan reasonably determines that the application falls outside the intended scope of the Offer.

13. Quotations, Purchase Orders and Customer Contracts

Participation in or application for the Offer does not itself create a contract for the supply of T-Plan products or services.

The products, licences, contract duration, promotional pricing, payment terms and other commercial arrangements applicable to each qualifying customer will be confirmed in the relevant T-Plan quotation, order documentation and/or customer agreement.

A purchase order must correspond with the T-Plan quotation or other commercial proposal issued in connection with the Offer.

In the event of any conflict between these promotional terms and the specific commercial terms subsequently agreed between T-Plan and the customer, the agreed customer contract and/or accepted order documentation will take precedence in relation to that purchase.

14. Changes, Extension or Withdrawal of the Offer

T-Plan reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or withdraw the Offer at any time where reasonably necessary.

Any amendment, suspension or withdrawal will not affect a qualifying purchase order already accepted by T-Plan under the Offer before the relevant change takes effect.

T-Plan may also extend the promotional period beyond 31 October 2026 at its discretion. Any extension will be communicated through appropriate T-Plan channels.

15. Availability and Suitability

The Offer is subject to the availability and suitability of T-Plan products and services for the customer’s requirements.

T-Plan reserves the right to recommend an alternative product, licence configuration or implementation approach where the customer’s existing solution or licensing model does not directly correspond with T-Plan’s products or licensing structure.

Participation in the Offer does not guarantee that T-Plan will be technically suitable for every application, environment or automation requirement.

16. Misuse of the Offer

The Offer is intended for genuine organisations switching an active commercial automation solution to T-Plan.

T-Plan reserves the right to reject an application or withdraw promotional pricing where it reasonably believes that documentation has been falsified, costs have been artificially inflated, licence quantities or contract terms have been misrepresented, or the Offer is otherwise being used contrary to its intended purpose.

17. General

The Offer has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit unless agreed by T-Plan in writing.

Any exception to these terms and conditions must be agreed by T-Plan in writing.

Failure by T-Plan to exercise any right under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

18. Contact

Questions about the Offer, eligibility or these terms and conditions can be directed to T-Plan using the contact details provided on the T-Plan website.

Offer ends 31 October 2026. T-Plan must receive a valid purchase order for the agreed qualifying solution by this date.
