Variable Browser

Variable browser is a simple window which displays a table with all variables which are currently present in the execution context. If no script execution is in progress, the window displays just implicit variables. If a script is being executed, it shows implicit variables plus the variables defined in the executed script via the Var and Eval commands.

Variables which have fixed value are indicated by a suffix '(fixed)'. See the -v/--variable CLI option for more information on fixed variables.

To open the Variable Browser window select Tools -> Variable Browser in the VNCRobot menu. Alternatively right click onto a Press command line in a script editor and select Display Supported Keys in the editor popup menu. A screenshot of the window is shown below.

If you select a line in the table and click the Copy Name & Close button, the associated variable name gets copied into the clipboard and the window is disposed. The Copy Value & Close performs similar behavior. You can then use Ctrl+V or select Paste to paste the variable name or value into your script editor.
